Osaka

Osaka is Japan's second largest city and briefly served as its capital in the 600s. The city is dotted with calm temples among its high-rises.

Fly boar fly!

There are also many strange hotels found in Osaka as well.

Hozenji Temple was originally built in 1637

Best part of the Osaka zoo

Takoyaki aka octopus balls

Ippudo Tonkotsu Ramen

Okonomiyaki aka savory pancake

The Osaka Museum of History has very high production value

It's also at the top of a high-rise, so it has great views of Osaka castle.

Crowds in one of Osaka's many pedestrian malls

Osaka has an excellent pinball arcade.

Dotonbori is loads of fun at night.

Kushikatsu Daruma is a fun late night restaurant that serves you fried food you dip into a shared trough of soy sauce.

A department store had a well attended cat picture gallery.

Starbucks had delicious Pistachio frappuccinos.

Always good advice
